would not recomend this place
not much
This was a homestay (later found out they are illegal in Singapore), house was shabby, cluttered and run down and not clean. Extra cleaning fee is a joke. Property was too far from the centre to be value for money and the extra cleaning fee is not warranted as it was not clean. Would not recommend this place, we couldn't wait to leave in the morning and could not rouse the old man who is the owner.

I prefer stay the other hotel
Nearby airport
Boss is nice but the room too dark all of facilities too old ,no hot water ( I don’t know turn on the hot water because of the boss alread sleep) the room is $65 (but charge extra 30 clean fee ) it’s very unreasonable total are $ 95 . I stayed the other hotels price 60-80 for4 night in Singapore all of facility more better than here . I suggest the boss increase lamp , light , Trashcan ,bed sheet cannot too old and the room rate should be $30～40 for two person and can’t charge any clean fee.

Wonderful
Most of all, the owner! The kindest, most friendly man you could imagine. Kids had great time with him, they cried when we left.
Bit too far from MRT but quite close to the bus stop.

Nothing !the house haunted light off every minute only old man in the house terrible come in the room when my wife is rest in the room
All things environments don’t like .Booking.com should go down and have a look costumer walk in and left the place too
